The letters you type are worked out in your own browser. They are never sent to us and never stored.
Privacy Policy
This site is built to be useful without collecting your words or anything about you.
Analytics
Google Analytics stays off until you press Allow analytics. If you turn it on, it tells us how many people visit and which tools they use. The letters you type are never part of that.
Optional definitions
Your searches stay in your browser. One thing does leave, and only if you ask for it. Click a word to read what it means and we fetch that definition from Wiktionary. Wikimedia then sees that one word and the usual connection details, such as your IP address. Nothing else is sent, and every tool works fine if you never open a definition.
Your preference
The only thing we keep in your browser is your analytics choice. Change it any time with the Privacy settings button. Saying no costs you nothing: every tool still works.

There are no ads here right now. If we ever add them, this page changes first.
